We are all currently experiencing uncertain and difficult times that determine both our private lives and our everyday work. In addition to prudent and responsible action, a situation like this also requires solidarity, team spirit and a bit of optimism that we will all master this crisis well.
We have taken a variety of measures to meet our social and economic responsibilities. On the one hand, these serve to protect the health of our employees, on the other hand, they also serve to secure our ability to deliver, i.e. our economic responsibility towards our customers.
For example, some departments in the company, such as our shipping department and the internal sales department, were divided into teams and separated in terms of room space and time. So we hope - even in the event of illness and a possible quarantine of some of our employees - to be able to guarantee our availability and our ability to supply.
Technical advice with the customary high quality standard can be obtained from our application engineers also via phone. For this purpose, please contact your usual sales representative. You are also welcome to place orders via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by contacting our internal export sales staff by telephone: +49 2154 9285-2912 / 2913.
Since we only produce our milling and drilling tools at our location in Germany, we are not affected by impairments in global air traffic or transportation. Thanks to the forward-looking, generous warehouse planning at Jongen, we have sufficient raw materials and components in stock and our range of standard products is available as usual. In addition, it should be noted that we work exclusively with suppliers that are situated in Europe. As a rule our annual quantities of raw materials have already been delivered here, so the situation is not expected to become graver in the coming months.
However, we cannot give an absolute guarantee over the next weeks and months, of course, as the instructions of the authorities and governments can change at any time and the resulting consequences cannot be predicted today.
