Cost efficiency on the one hand and sustainability on the other hand are playing an increasingly important role these days.

Both is combined with the Jongen reconditioning service.

You send us your used Jongen UNI-MILL solid carbide cutters and drills, so that we can (after a test of workability) regrind them on our original machines, with our original programmes and should the occasion arise, we could them re-coat them.

You will then get back a tool in original Jongen quality. This allows high process reliability, by the fact that the quality is like the one of new tools.

The costs are significantly lower compared to a new tool purchase and the material and energy input is lower, caused by the further use of the tools.
